Think the Vietnam war and how it spilled over into Laos and Cambodia under Nixon. That's what it seems is happening in Pakistan at an ever increasing rate of US helicopter incursions and drone missile attacks. Pakistan has retaliated to this by closing down the essential suppy line of the US through the Kyber Pass and Pakistani officials are beginning to publicly ask whether the US is an ally or an enemy.
